Carbost is around 50 minutes drive from the Skye Bridge (which is now free of tolls).
Follow the main A87 road to Sligachan, turning left by Sligachan Hotel onto the A863 Dunvegan Road. Follow this road for five miles before turning left again, signposted for Carbost and the Talisker Distillery.
As you head down the hill into Carbost, turn sharp right onto a drive leading to several houses. Davaar is then immediately downhill on your left.
